Our Neighborhood Committees
All of our committees can use extra help, so if any of these areas interest you please email the committee to get more information.
Architectural Review Committee (ARC):
Receives applications from homeowners who wish to make modifications to their homes and processes them. Some are approved, others must be modified before approval, and others are not approved. Also keeps an eye out for violations of the CC&Rs. This committee is extremely important for maintaining home values for all of us.

Government Affairs:
Keeps abreast of what is going on in the City, County and State governments that might affect our neighborhood. May sometimes attend council meetings to represent our interests.

Works with the landscaping service to keep our neighborhood looking beautiful.

Neighborhood Watch Committee:
Runs our local chapter of the National Neighborhood Watch. They need Block Captains, so if your block doesn't have one, please consider volunteering.

Pet Committee:
Advises the board on pet-related issues, and makes sure that pet owners have the resources they need.
