Keeping It Clean

Pets can make everyones life more fun but, unfortunately, they just don't clean up after themselves.

The Association has installed two pet waste stations, and is looking into adding more as needed. Thank you for picking up after your pet. If you observe anyone not cleaning up after their pet, you can contact Heather Hutchison at Bluestone & Hockley

Walking The Dog

We recognize that many dog owners enjoy visiting our parks with their dogs. Dog owners play an important role in keeping our parks clean, safe and enjoyable for all users. We appreciate you being vigilant about keeping your dog on-leash at all times.

Landscaping

Planting flowers is a favorite Springtime activity but it occasionally interferes with the landscapers ability to do their job.

Please leave at least six inches between your plants and the edge of the grass, walkway or fence. No planting is allowed on the grass strips between the sidewalk and the street. Otherwise, the landscapers will not be able to edge and/or mow your lawn. If you have any landscaping concerns, please contact Heather Hutchison at Bluestone & Hockley and not the landscapers.

You are welcome to add/change the plantings in your front yard, but if you do, the landscaping company (Showplace) may not do the maintenance for you. Please Click here for a list of suggested plants as well as information on which plants Showplace will not maintain.

Trash, Recycling and Debris

Trash and recycling containers should not be stored within public view. Please remove them from your front porch, side yard or driveway. Yard rakings or debris should not be dumped onto streets, common property, alleys, any lot or adjacent property.

Automatic Towing of Vehicles

Our CC&Rs allow vehicles to be parked on the street for no more than 48 hours. Thereafter, your vehicle will be subject to towing at owners expense. No boats, trailers, motor homes, motorcycles, trucks, truck-campers and like equipment shall not be allowed on any part of the property nor on public streets, common property or alleys except only within the confines of an enclosed garage.
