Landscape Committee Meeting

1) Called to Order 10:30 am

2) Attendance

a) Present: Barbara, Cynthia, David, Dylan, Paula

b) Absent: Krishna

c) Resigned: Christina has resigned from the committee.

3) Approval of Minutes

a) Minutes from the previous meeting were reviewed and unanimously approved.

4) Budget Review

a) Continued discussion from last meeting regarding specific issues in landscaping budget.

b) Outstanding issues: Still need Master Plan “as built” and approved plant list. Need more documentation from Showplace on plant replacement.

5) Walk-thru with Showplace

a) Walk-thru with Showplace is schedule for 11-Noon, Saturday, April 2. Committee members will do their own walk-thru starting at 8:30 am.
