Board Mtg

Discussion of this
committeeÕs authority. Need to clarify what can we do directly with NW
Community Mgmt and/or Showplace, what needs Board approval.

Bids have been
submitted to the Board for projects that we discussed with Showplace.
6)
Discussion of problems
observed in various trees:
a)
Ashes have verticillium
wilt. Can't be cured, only tolerated or replaced.
b)
Pears appears to have fungus
and bugs.
c)
At least one big Oak is
diseased in park across from big play area (on OG Drive).
d)
Several of the Cedars
by Max tracks appear to be dying.
7)
Discussion of apartment
complex landscaping. Need to determine whether we are obligated to continue or
can stop in 2006. Would likely offer to continue if they pay their way, since
more economic to negotiate in bulk.
