all 3 items, but ask them to give better price on rose due to time of year
(plant sales!)

Continue to observe and
revisit later. Bid looks too
expensive.
6) Pet waste bid
a)
Revised Showplace bid
for Dogipot Litter Bag Dispenser:
i)
Purchase, assemble and
permanently install = $417 each
ii)
Purchase, store and
replenish bags as needed = $153.00 for 2,000 bags
b)
Unanimous approval for
2 stations, 1 each in Arbor park and big play park (basketball courts, etc.)
c)
Will monitor
effectiveness/cost and consider more stations later.
7)
Cedar trees in the area
behind 5801 through 5857 Orenco Gardens Dr (by MAX tracks)
a)
Planted in late 2004,
so still under warranty, more likely an installation problem, since found too
much sand around roots
b)
Report to Board, ask
for authority to pursue original plant installer
