Pam spoke
to Arbor on the picnic, got pricing sheets from Sneads which can supply the
tables, chairs, bowls, etc. and Party Pros (which typically donÕt provide
discounts), and put together a detailed task schedule
Leslie got
feedback from the flyer. 544 homes in community.

will be the Arbor Park Gazebo

Steps:
Pam will
get estimate of picnic costs from Sneads, Party Pros.
Need to get
an estimate on the number of people who will attend picnic. Pam will check with Arbor on the
estimated number.
Pam and
Leslie will go to Costco to get estimates on food.
Leslie will
complete flyer and email to all for review prior to Wed board meeting.
Leslie will
attend the Wed board meeting to give meeting minutes and pass out yellow picnic
flyer and a sign up sheet for grill masters, game coordinators, day volunteers.
Sharon will
call Reesers.
Lois to
send Pam a copy of the jazz band contract.
